Contact Salog Customer Support within 30 days of delivery, sharing:

- Reason for exchange
- Our team will review and verify your request.
- Securely pack the item with original tags and packaging.
- Once the item is received and inspected, an exchange, replacement, or refund will be processed accordingly.
Return Shipping Charges
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
Salog will bear the return shipping cost. - Change of mind or dislike:
Return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
- Salog will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.
Refund Policy:
- Once your returned item is received and approved after quality inspection, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be completed within 7 working days from the date of return approval.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at checkout.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
