Shipping Information

Delivery Locations

• Orders can be delivered to:
• Home
• Workplace
• Any private address
• PO Box addresses are not supported.

Delivery Time

• Regular days: 5–7 working days
• Sale periods or high-volume days: 7–10 working days
• Orders placed on weekends or gazetted holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Delays may occur due to:
• Order verification
• High order volume
• Payment authorization or fraud checks

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email. Please check your spam/junk folder as well.

Shipping Charges

• Flat shipping fee: PKR 249
• FBR POS Fee: PKR 1
• Free Shipping on Orders Above Rs. 2500
• Applicable on all orders within Pakistan.

Courier Service

• Courier selection depends on the delivery area and shipment type.
• Tracking details will be emailed once the order leaves our warehouse.

Missed Delivery

• If you are unavailable at the time of delivery:
• The courier will attempt to contact you.
• Delivery will be re-attempted twice.
• If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to Salog.
