Exchange Policy

At Salog, we want you to shop with confidence. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions.


Eligibility for Exchange

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the shipping date.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
    • In original condition
    • With original tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • Exchanges must be made within Pakistan, where the purchase was made.

Sale Items

  • Sale items are eligible for exchange.
  • Items will be exchanged or refunded at the current selling price.

How to Exchange

Return via Courier

  1. Contact Salog Customer Support within 30 days of delivery, sharing:
    • Order number
    • Reason for exchange
  2. Our team will review and verify your request.
  3. Securely pack the item with original tags and packaging.
  4. Once the item is received and inspected, an exchange, replacement, or refund will be processed accordingly.

Return Shipping Charges

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
    Salog will bear the return shipping cost.
  • Change of mind or dislike:
    Return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
    • Report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
    • Salog will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.
