Exchange Policy
At Salog, we want you to shop with confidence. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions.
Eligibility for Exchange
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the shipping date.
- Items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- In original condition
- With original tags, labels, and packaging intact
- Exchanges must be made within Pakistan, where the purchase was made.
Sale Items
- Sale items are eligible for exchange.
- Items will be exchanged or refunded at the current selling price.
How to Exchange
Return via Courier
- Contact Salog Customer Support within 30 days of delivery, sharing:
- Order number
- Reason for exchange
- Our team will review and verify your request.
- Securely pack the item with original tags and packaging.
- Once the item is received and inspected, an exchange, replacement, or refund will be processed accordingly.
Return Shipping Charges

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
Salog will bear the return shipping cost. -
Change of mind or dislike:
Return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
- Salog will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.
